Our principals are:
- Yefim Shklyar, P.E., managed the engineering department at APS Concrete Products, Inc. for more than 11 years. Prior to that, he ran a precast concrete manufacturing facility in the Former Soviet Union. He is the managing member of Midwest Precast.
- Bruce Glaser, JD, CPA, was the president of APS Concrete Products, Inc. He also was chairman of the board of the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) and president and board member of various construction industry groups. He is Chairman of Midwest Precast.
