Chairman's Message

Chairman's Message

Summer - Fall  2009

I like to say that “we build your bottom line!”  Here’s how:

  • Engineers and Architects:  Include our buildings in your larger projects and you can spend your time doing the main design and incorporate our specifications for the precast concrete building(s).  We’ll email you specifications and drawings and will provide stamped design calculations.  Your clients get the benefit of an engineered building and you don’t have to invest the hours to do the design.
  • Owners:  Get the advantage of design - build, since our buildings are pre-engineered.  You pay for the building, but also get the engineering.
  • Everyone:  Our buildings are installed quickly – often in a day.  Many of the buildings don’t need footings or foundations, so you save time and expense.
  • Security Personnel:  We reduce security risks by reducing the number of people who access the job site and the amount of time they spend on the job site.  You may only have a truck driver, crane operator and one other person for an hour or so, using our pre-assembled buildings; and for a few days using our field-assembled buildings. Compare this to having to watch over excavators, ready-mix trucks, concrete finishers, masons, carpenters, painters, and other trades people who would otherwise spend time on the site for weeks or months.
  • Construction Managers:  The more we do in advance of installation, the more time and money you save on the jobsite.  You don’t have to deal with overseeing and scheduling trades people on the site, if we have build-out done off-site.  My comments related to Security Personnel (above) also relate to Construction Managers.
